ASCENDANCE PARAGLIDING CHAMONIX reserves the right to cancel flights up to the last minute for safety reasons, at the instructor’s discretion. Activities cancelled by us will be refunded, rescheduled, or converted into gift vouchers, according to the customer’s preference.GIFT CERTIFICATE CONDITIONS
A gift certificate is valid for 2 years from its date of issue. It is non-transferable. A refund is possible in the event of serious illness, death, job loss, or accident, upon presentation of supporting documentation by the gift certificate holder.
Paragliding is a free-flight aerial activity that is entirely dependent on weather and wind conditions, as well as the opening of the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc ski lifts. A flight may therefore be canceled at any time if these conditions are not met.
The customer is responsible for booking their flight. ASCENDANCE PARAPENTE CHAMONIX cannot be held responsible for bookings made after the expiry date of the order and therefore for the potential inability to provide the service due to adverse weather, ski lift closures, or full schedules.
